Keldyn Interactive releases indie zombie game Dead Meets Lead together with launch trailer.
Gothenburg, Sweden – May 3, 2011 Swedish indie developer Keldyn Interactive today announced the launch of their single player, PC action game; Dead Meets Lead. The game is available for €13.95 on the official Dead Meets Lead website and on major digital distributors Direct2Drive, Impulse, GamersGate and Desura.
We wanted to create something new, challenging and entertaining. This is it. Dead Meets Lead is all about being challenged, being empowered to overcome that challenge and then, after a hard battle, beating the challenge. All wrapped in a casing of good old zombie slaughter to the max and set in an intriguing 18th century environment on the mystic Caribbean island of El Mirando. We are very proud and excited with this game, and we hope players will feel the same.

Keldyn Interactive releases challenging demo version of Dead Meets Lead and reveals launch date for the full game.
Gothenburg, Sweden – March 22, 2011 The team behind upcoming zombie slaughter game Dead Meets Lead today released a free-to-play, single level version of the game called The Challenge. Simultaneously, the release date for the full game is officially set to be May 3, 2011.
The Challenge is a specially designed single level version of Dead Meets Lead. As the name might imply, it is constructed to be truly difficult to complete. For those who do complete it awaits the reward of getting their name inscribed into the official Hall of Fame on the Dead Meets Lead website.
The map starts with The Captain finding himself in a small glade in the depths of the swamplands. He senses that something is wrong with the place, but before realizing what is about to happen he is swarmed by zombies. Having no choice but to stand his ground, he heroically defends himself against several waves of attacks, each wave harder than the previous.
We’ve done quite a bit of testing with this map, both in-house and with our beta testers from the forum, and we’re really positive about the outcome. The idea with the map is to really tease all the competitive and skilled gamers out there in a ‘How far can you get’ kind of way. The map is by no means impossible, but if you want to be among the lucky few on the Hall of Fame, be prepared to play this map a few times.

Keldyn Interactive announces Dead Meets Lead to be available on three major digital distribution services, opens for pre-purchase and releases new gameplay trailer
Gothenburg, Sweden – February 23, 2011 Independent developer Keldyn Interactive today announced that their upcoming title Dead Meets Lead will be available on three major digital distribution services. Keldyn also opened up for discounted pre-purchasing of Dead Meets Lead. Together with the announcement Keldyn also released a new gameplay trailer to showcase the latest developments and changes in the game. The video displays several new features and updates, among them the different weapons, rage system, bosses and updated graphics, sound and gameplay.
The tree digital distribution platforms in question are; Impulse, Desura and Gamer’s Gate.
Impulse is a state of the art digital distribution platform that allows users to quickly and easily find their favorite game or software and download it automatically to their PC. With years of development in the making, Impulse is the only digital distribution platform developed by gamers, for gamers.

Keldyn Interactive releases first gameplay footage of Dead Meets Lead
Gothenburg, Sweden – November 16, 2010 Independent developer Keldyn Interactive today released the first gameplay trailer of their upcoming game Dead Meets Lead. The trailer follows the main character throughout a few maps, showcasing some of the aspects of the game, such as his ability to slam the ground, or shooting down zombies with his blunderbuss. Several enemies which has never been shown before are featured, among them several types of “human” zombies, hounds-turned-zombies and the mystic voodoo priests. The video also displays the unique environment and the beautiful graphics of DML.

Keldyn Interactive releases teaser video and opens up for beta sign up for Dead Meets Lead
Gothenburg, Sweden – October 5, 2010 Keldyn Interactive today released a trailer for their upcoming game Dead Meets Lead and opened up a closed beta sign up. The teaser features the first in-game footage of the game publicly shown, and gives a hint of the mood and style of the game, displaying both the environment and some of the characters of the world. The closed beta sign up offers a chance for a limited number of fans to get a preview of the game and provide valuable feedback to the developers before launch. Together with the teaser and beta sign up Keldyn Interactive also released new concept art for some of the characters and props in the game.
